Description
The character of this knife begins with the staghorn. Its natural curves, ridges and tonal markings determine the shape of every handle, leaving the artisan to work with the material rather than force it into uniformity.
Warm brass fittings frame the antler, creating a restrained contrast with the polished 440 stainless steel blade. Full tang construction carries the steel through the handle, providing the stability and balance expected from a working gaucho knife.
Available in a selection of blade lengths and profiles, the knife can take on different proportions—from compact, controlled formats suited to the asado table to longer blades with the reach and presence required for open-fire cooking and larger cuts. A convex cutting edge supports smooth, decisive performance across the collection.
A hand-cut Argentine cowhide leather sheath accompanies each knife, protecting the blade while preserving its traditional connection to the way gaucho knives have long been carried.
No two staghorn handles share precisely the same shape, coloring or texture. These variations are not imperfections, but the visible signature of a natural material and a knife made individually by hand.
