Return shipping cost to Pieces of Argentina may be at the customer’s expense, which is determined at the time of your return request. Shipping costs vary according to product weight, size, carrier service and shipping location. Upon a return request, we will determine how we can assist with return shipping costs or shipping refunds. If you were given complimentary shipping with your purchase, that shipping cost maybe deducted from your merchandise refund amount. When packaging your return, adding insurance is always advised. We do not take responsibility for any ‘lost’ merchandise during shipping. If we receive damaged merchandise, used or altered products or your return is not received, a refund will not be given.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES – We have estimated the shipping cost of International Expedited Service (with tracking) for a flat rate of $49.95 /USD, by carrier service via Federal Express or UPS (United Parcel Service). Depending on which country you have requested delivery of your purchase, the size, weight, and value of your purchase may alter our estimated shipping cost. Therefore, our estimated shipping calculations may need to be adjusted. If our calculations are overstated, we will contact you and refund the over charged in USD. If your parcel can be shipped for less than our above stated amount, we will email you with available options that might be available.
Therefore, we will communicate with you by email, once you have made your purchase, the best option available to get your purchase delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
As experience has shown us in shipping merchandise around the world, some international couriers have proven to be more dependable than others. Therefore, we generally use expedited United Parcel Service or FedEx services. Please be aware, most countries around the world charge ‘VAT’ taxes, (Value Added Taxes), possible import duties and often require proof of your identity as well as a purchase invoice, to receive final delivery. (although your invoice is included with your parcel and shipping documents, you may also be required to have proof of purchase) If your country charges fees, taxes, or duties, you, the purchaser, are reasonable to remit any payment your country imposes. Those are NOT included in the cost of our international shipping charges.
