The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase in the case of a return. Please read and understand these conditions prior to placing your order.
- Sale priced items, reduced price and ‘finial sale merchandise’ are not returnable.
- Return requests via email or telephone as well as return shipping, must be made within 7 days of the postal service recorded delivery date. (we can extend this 7 day return deadline if the purchase is a gift)
- Used or altered merchandise cannot be returned or refunded. (Each purchase is inspected prior to filling your order and shipping and re-inspected if returned. All returned merchandise must be in unused condition, with all original product tags and packaging.
- Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. (this is however determined on an individual basis)
- In the case of a sizing issue, we are happy to assist you with an exchange, return or refund.
- Items purchased with Free Shipping may have shipping fees deducted from their total refund amount. (individually determined)
- Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis and will be refunded to the original method of payment. (we reserve the right to make this judgement on an individual basis)
- If in the case of an international order, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We require international returns to be insured for the full product value and have tracking.
