Strikingly handsome, heavy, polished cow horn handle, measuring 5” in circumference, around the butt end! Circumference tapers to the bolster with intricate alpaca silver adornments at both bolster and butt end. Hand crafted with 14cm, full tang, ‘Schmeiden’ brand stainless-steel blade with a thick spine, convex edge and spear shaped tip. An excellent choice for a multi-purpose kitchen or Asado tool! Handmade with a perfect balance, so it can be used by a right- or left-handed individual.

Cow horns used for crafting these knives are natural in color, not dyed, with various veins of color running through each horn. The scarab is hand cut of Argentinean cowhide leather for carrying and blade protection. Each cover has a pocket tab, also known as a boot tab or belt tab, which enables the knife to be carried in any of those places.
