Gaucho Knife Description: Handmade in Argentina by the hands of expert knife crafters. Handmade with a smooth, polished bull horn handle, accented with brass and wood spacers at the bolster and butt end. Handle is contoured with a nice size circumference and is well suited for any size users hand size. Perfectly balanced crafting enables for use by a right or left-handed person. Made with a full tang, 14cm Schmieden, stainless steel knife blade with convex cutting edge and thick spine. Total measurement of knife is approximately 26cm (10.2”) in length from blade tip to butt end. 14cm blade measures 5.5”
